"We started our daughter at the Primary Academy in January 2005. We wanted to transfer her to a day care in our neighborhood where she would eventually be going to elementary school and that had a formal Pre-Kindergarten Program. At the time Elizabeth was 20 months away from starting Kindergarten and we wanted to ensure that she would be ready. When we visited the Primary Academy, Elizabeth asked me if that was her new school. I said I think so what do you think, she wanted it to be her new school, so we looked no further. I had performed some research and narrowed our search down to three potential day care facilities. ~Natalie and Johnnie, Fort Worth, TX
"Our daughter Madelyn has been in the care of the Primary Academy since August 2004. Now almost 4 years old we feel that the Primary Academy has had a positive impact on her academic, social, and emotional development. We are very pleased with the curriculum. Our daughter will be well prepared to begin kindergarten. She has been given an excellent foundation to her education. The children participate in learning centers and engaging learning activities. She loves writing, computer, dress up, and kitchen centers. The teachers and directors are very caring, patient, and knowledgeable of children and the curriculum. Each day the parents and children are greeted with friendly smiles from the staff. The monthly newsletter and calendar is informative to parents. They keep us up to date on the activities the children do daily. Each day they participate in different activities related to a theme of the month. We love the programs they participate in. They have included the Spring Fling and Christmas plays. They have given us such wonderful memories of our daughter that we will never forget. The Primary Academy is an awesome school. It is a place where children are loved, taught, and challenged. It's a place where it's all about the children." ~Mark and Lori "I just wanted to send you a note of appreciation. Nolan is learning so much and so quickly it's blowing my mind away. He's three and knows what a hexagon/octagon are...I have 4h graders that don't know that! :) He also knows how to recognize all the names of his classmates (first and last) and when I tell him it's fall outside he corrects me and tells me it's autumn. He absolutely loves school and I don't have near as much mother's guilt about leaving him when I know how much he's learning. He would not be this smart if I was a stay-at-home mom! Thanks for all you and the teachers do." ~Andrea McDonald |
