During my universtiy Studies, I spent my summers working in a child care center in North Carolina.  I am a 1994 graduate of Indiana University of PA with a degree in Education K-6th grade.  I have currently completed my 9th year as a Kindergarten teacher with the Fort Worth ISD, and I was awarded "The XTO Energy Early Childhood Education Teacher of Year 2003".  My husband is a Chiropractor and natural healthcare provider.  He has established his Healthcare Center in the Benbrook Area Business Community.  We have two daughters, Anna and Sara.

  I started my experience with children at the Westside YMCA where I began as a camp counselor for the summer day camp programs.  I began working, each summer, for the YMCA in 1992.  My position led to the day camp director position during the summer of 1995.  After graduating in December of 1995 with a degree in Early Childhood from Baylor, I began teaching in the Castleberry ISD.  Wanting to be closer to my home, I moved to the Fort Worth ISD.  My husband and I have been married for 7 years, and we have two children son, Jayden, and daughter, Morgan. My husband has established his Law Office in the Benbrook Area Business Community.
